Interested in CrossFit? Try our Free Jump Start Session! The purpose of this session is to get to know you and your unique goals, to determine the best path for success and to show you what CFCH community is all about.
At your Jump Start Session you will:
- Meet with our motivated and experienced coaches
- Tour our training facility
- Receive an overview of our unique training methodology
- Set goals with your coach to create a workout and nutrition plan specific to your goals. Weather its looking good, being healthy, burning fat, building lean muscle, or all of these.
- A coach will led you through a dynamic warm up teach you a few simple exercises that will have a big impact on your results and take you through your first workout on your path to success
